Atkins Companies Welcomes BODYBAR Pilates to Washington Square Town Center
Washington Township, N.J. (November 10, 2023) - Atkins Companies, a multigenerational commercial real estate development, investment, and property management firm, along with its joint venture partner Woodmont Properties, announces the opening of BODYBAR Pilates at Washington Square Town Center at 253-261 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road in Washington Township, N.J. Joe Raniszewski of MSC Retail represented the Landlord in the transaction. BODYBAR Pilates’ 1,980-square-foot space at Washington Square Town Center brings the property’s retail space to full occupancy.
Developed through a joint venture partnership between Atkins Companies and Woodmont Properties, Washington Square Town Center is a 35-acre mixed-use community that features 330 residential apartments, 100 townhomes, an assisted living facility as well as a state-of-the-art 40,000-square-foot Class-A medical office building anchored by Rothman Orthopaedic Institute. The property also boasts 20,000 square feet of retail/medical space spread across two standalone buildings, and a 10,000-square-foot medical building that is fully leased to Axia Women’s Health.
