Tom serves as Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds for Atkins Companies' western Pennsylvania portfolio. With the firm since 2018, Tom oversees day-to-day building operations, scheduling, vendor management and communication with tenants to ensure all properties are run smoothly and efficiently.

Prior to joining the Atkins team, Tom spent 26 years in all stages and phases of residential/commercial building construction. Included in that span was an eight-year tenure as owner/operator of his own residential/commercial painting company.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, travel baseball with his son, hunting and fishing, as well as other outdoor endeavors.
