Atkins Companies Property Manager Daria Larsen Honored at the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey’s Enterprising Women in Commerce Awards

Glen Ridge, N.J. (August 18, 2025) – Atkins Companies, a leading multigenerational commercial real estate development, investment and property management firm, is proud to share that Property Manager Daria Larsen was recognized at the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey’s (CIANJ) 2025 Enterprising Women in Commerce awards ceremony held on August 13 at Glen Ridge Country Club in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. 

Held annually, the Enterprising Women in Commerce Awards recognize women from New Jersey’s business community who are leaving their mark in their chosen field while inspiring and encouraging others.  

Larsen oversees on-site property management functions, including coordination of vendors, contract negotiations, and daily correspondence with tenants, across Atkins Companies’ more than one-million-square-foot portfolio. She was recognized by CIANJ for her success leading the firm’s property management operations for over a decade, as well as her support of nonprofit organizations like the American Heart Association, March of Dimes, and The Salvation Army. Larsen also proudly supports young women in her local community, volunteering as a youth basketball and softball coach.
