Atkins Companies Adds 150,000 Square Feet to Third-Party Property Management PortfolioNew management assignments build on long-standing relationship with Rothman Orthopaedics
West Orange, N.J. (January 26, 2026) – Atkins Companies announces it has added five medical office properties owned by Rothman Orthopaedics and its affiliates, spanning 150,000 square feet, to its third-party property management portfolio.
Under the agreement, Atkins Companies will oversee all day-to-day property management services for the buildings, including maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and capital planning, ensuring each property maintains strong performance and provides a high-quality patient and provider experience. The new assignments bring Atkins Companies’ third-party management portfolio to approximately 260,000 square feet.

Atkins Companies’ and Rothman Orthopaedics’ relationship dates back nearly a decade, when the firms partnered in the development of the Rothman Medical Building located at 243 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road in Washington Township, New Jersey. Completed in 2018, the building is anchored by Rothman Orthopaedics and home to Jefferson Health and AdvoCare Premier OB/GYN of South Jersey.
