As Chief Financial Officer, Brian serves as the Controller for the Atkins Companies. He oversees planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial and cash flow-related activities for the company. He specializes in accounting, financing, forecasting, strategic planning, tax review and job costing and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate accounting and development within the industrial, long-term care, retail and office arenas.  

Prior to joining Atkins Companies, he served as Vice President of Finance for LB Belon LLC, where he was in charge of accounting and the development of skilled nursing homes in Texas.

Brian is an active member and Treasurer of the Cranford Jaycees, a community organization dedicated to raising money for local charitable organizations. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Georgia and has his CPA license.
