Franklin Commons, located in Franklin Township, Somerset County N.J., consists of 22,000 sq. ft. of retail space built and constructed by Atkins Companies and is currently home to Subway, Smoothie King, Desert Moon, UPS store, Joy Cleaners, Luxi Nails, Kettleman's Bagel's, Wine Vista, La Bonbonniere Bakery and Ecco Bistro, a casual themed Italian restaurant/pizzeria.

Roxbury Commons, located in close proximity to the Atkins-developed properties, Roxbury Commons is a mixed-use commercial retail center whose occupants include: a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Restaurant and a Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites. This 23,000 square foot retail center component is home to Dunkin Donuts, Wingman, Salon RUSH, Q Cleaners, D & G Sporting Goods and Boulevard Scoops. Additional space is available.

Bank of America - Located on the corner of Howard Boulevard and Seasons Drive in Mt. Arlington, New Jersey, sits a branch of Bank of America built and owned by the Atkins since 1988.

Kings Crossings - One of the most recent purchases added to the company portfolio is Kings Crossing Shopping Center located on Route 70 East in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Kings Crossings is home to a branch of Citibank as well as Famous Dave's, a legendary pit BBQ casual themed restaurant.
TD Bank
TD Bank - Located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, a popular Washington D.C. suburb, Atkins Companies purchased the ground lease to a branch of TD Bank formerly known as Commerce Bank.
Mt. Arlington Plaza
Mt. Arlington Plaza, Built by The Atkins Companies, is a 43,000 sq. ft. retail center on Howard Boulevard. Located adjacent to the Atkins-developed office and residential properties in Mt. Arlington, its tenant roster includes Quick Chek Food Stores, PNC Bank, Mulberry Day Care Centers, Mailboxes Etc., as well as a real estate office, restaurants, dry cleaner, fitness center, laundromat, and medical-related facilities.
