Founded in 1949 by  S. Stephen Atkins, The Atkins Companies has evolved into one of the more important multi-faceted real estate organizations in northern New Jersey. The company's portfolio is comprised of more than one million square feet of space developed and managed by the Atkins Companies, and our scope of operations has expanded to a variety of specialties including medical office facilities, custom home building and senior housing. The company has won numerous awards for excellence, including "Community of the Year" from the New Jersey and Community Builders Associations.

The dynamic growth of The Atkins Companies has been spearheaded by its principals,  Robert E. Atkins, Charles Atkins and Jack L. Atkins, each of whom has contributed a unique talent, a tireless work ethic, and a broad range of expertise and experience, as well as an unflagging commitment to a family tradition of integrity and quality performance.
