Scott Fishbone has been associated with the Atkins Companies as the principal in Atkins Realty Group, a division of the Atkins Companies responsible for land acquisition, site approvals and development. During his impressive 15+ year career in real estate, Scott has worked on over $750 million residential and commercial developments and investments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and a Masters degree in business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Real Estate Development at Columbia University and teaches in the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. He is a member of the Planning Board for the Borough of North Caldwell, N.J. and a member of the Community Builders Association.

A real estate professional for more than twenty-five years, Candy Klenke serves as Director of Sales, Marketing, and Leasing for the Atkins Companies, and has held this position since 1991. She played an integral role in the development of Seasons Glen at Mt. Arlington, Meriden Estates, Atkins Medical Plaza, Paramus Medical Center, and most recently at the Carriage Club at Mt. Arlington. She is currently involved in the property management of  Franklin Commons and Roxbury Commons, and is overseeing all tenant leasing at the upcoming Atkins Professional Plaza and Franklin Commons properties.  Cited as Real Estate Rookie of the Year and Sales Person of the Year for a leading real estate company, Candy was named Sales Person of the Year by the New Jersey Builders Association.

Frank Foley joined Atkins Companies in 2008 and currently serves as the Controller. In his capacity as controller, Frank is responsible for the daily financial operations of the Company, which includes ensuring adequate controls and procedures are maintained, as well as oversight of billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting and analysis. Prior to joining Atkins Companies, Frank worked for a family owned and operated private equity and real estate development organization with a portfolio of approximately 4,500,000 square feet of combined multi-tenant office, industrial and distribution facilities. Frank holds a BS degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University.

Robert Juliano has been Senior Project Manager for The Atkins Companies since 1973. He has been involved in the construction of the signature Atkins office buildings, as well as Seasons Glen at Mt. Arlington, Mt. Arlington Corporate Center, Mt. Arlington Plaza, Roxbury Commons, and the Carriage Club at Mt. Arlington, and many other Atkins Companies properties.

Anthony Manfredi. Associated with the Atkins Companies since 1981, Tony holds the title of Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds for the company. He oversees maintenance and upkeep of medical and corporate facilities bearing the Atkins name and had owned his own mechanical contracting company for many years prior to his association with the Atkins Companies.
